Since leaving Linthorpe FC (which I will go into on another post at some point) I decided to use the opportunity to take photographs of the team. It benefits me quite a bit really considering that it provides me with time to improve my sports photography skills.

I have recently bought a Canon 55-250 IS to replace my old Sigma 70-300 and am still waiting to see how much better it actually is. I haven’t tested it enough yet I don’t think. I didn’t get that many photos taken due to the weather turning on me and unfortunately I don’t have a lens hood nor a rain cover for my camera yet so I had to stop taking the photos – slightly disappointing but there will be other opportunities.
