It’s been some time since I last posted on this blog. I tried setting up a new one but lost interest in it. Recently I have found myself with a lot of time on my hands and ended up creating a new design for my website. I liked it that much I thought that I would make it into a WordPress theme for myself which resulted in me having the urge to get back blogging again.

I don’t know how it will work out, I may find that I don’t rekindle as much interest as I had before in terms of actual readers, but I know that it is used as a good information source with varying old posts about Ubuntu and the like, which pleases me as I enjoy being able to help!

What have I been up to? Most certainly a question you may ask, well, I have been studying for my A-Levels and obviously it paid off after managing to obtain a A/A in my ICT course and a B in politics. A lot of hard work went into achieving those grades and as a result I was given an excellent scholarship at the university that I am attending – a bit of extra cash will be useful as a student!

I have been up to a number of other things too, purchasing a MacBook Pro being one of them as well as buying and selling iPods from eBay (I’ve settled with a 2nd Gen iPod Touch 8GB for the moment!). I will be honest, I have caught the eBay bug and like to search for bargains… I’m never off it! Shame that I don’t have the money to purchase much though ha!

Lastly I have invested in a car. I had a little bit of help from my parents but the bulk of it came from myself, although they’re paying my insurance! I decided to go for a small, economical and safe car as I will be doing a lot of urban driving and found a great deal on a little Hyundai Getz. Admittedly it’s not brilliant, but it’s a start and should be reliable for me, it’s only 6 years old so should do the job for me!

So now you know where I’ve been and what I have been up to. I will be honest, I am looking forward to blogging again and hope many of you join me in this journey once more!
