In truth I probably haven’t had the current design for that long, although, I don’t change it that often. I’m not like Ben at OpenSwitch, his changes regularly . The good thing about his designs are that each time they are changed they always have the same classy feel and look about them.

But anyway, I am looking to change the design of this place. It is looking a tad bland and a bit samey same. Obviously I haven’t been as prolific as what I should have been, however, I am hoping that it picks up and perhaps a change of theme may aid that.

There are so many different designs that I could go for, perhaps a fat header that stretches all across the page. A one column thin design, a fat footer design, etc etc. There are so many different ways in which this blog could change, but I just don’t know how at the moment. I quickly jotted down a design the other day as a possible change but I think I will of many different ones and ones that are doable.

The advantage of this design is that I can go away and create it myself, I don’t have to heavily modify an existing theme to make it to my taste, instead, I can create it straight off. I much prefer my own work, I feel much more achievement when it is, even if it isn’t THAT good.

I would love to get cracking with the change in theme, however, as it stands I will be unable to due to College work and current web design jobs that I have. All of that takes president over my own time. Once that I have my current web design job out the way as well as my exams, which are coming up in the next 2-3 weeks I will have a decent amount of time to do what I want; which will make a change!

Anyway, I look forward to what ideas come into my head and where the blog goes. Hopefully (I keep using that word recently) it will be changed within the next few months, although it entirely depends on what comes up in terms of work. If feasible job comes my way I can’t really turn it down…
